Spectra grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or organizational worship purposes, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

Spectra offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features require an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing and feature availability with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Redistribute or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

Spectra and its associated logos, designs, and code are the intellectual property of Spectra. Bible text content is sourced from publicly available translations and their respective copyright holders.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI verse detection will be 100% accurate in all conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
