Try Before You Buy
Spectra's free tier lets you use the core app fully offline with no account and no payment required. We encourage you to try it before subscribing to a paid plan so you know it fits your church's needs.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Pro or Church subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 daysof your initial purchase. No questions asked — just reach out and we'll process it.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you'll retain access to paid features until the end of the current period.
- Refunds for renewal charges may be requested within 7 days of the renewal date.
- Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund for the current period unless requested within the windows above.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@nowspectra.com with the email address used for your purchase and your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where required windows have passed, or where we detect abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). All refunds are issued through our payment provider.
